October has been a rollercoaster month for Xbox Game Pass. The month kicked off with the news that Microsoft was hiking the price of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by a whopping 50%, causing an understandable surge of panic through the Xbox community. But even with that dramatic price increase in mind, it's hard to deny that Xbox Game Pass has had a stellar line-up this month, with day-one titles like Ball x Pit, Keeper, and Ninja Gaiden 4 all hitting the service last week, and games like PowerWash Simulator 2 and The Outer Worlds 2 on their way in the coming days.
Following on from such a turbulent month, expectations for Xbox Game Pass' November 2025 line-up are high. There are currently six games confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in November: 1000xRESIST, Football Manager 26, Whiskerwood, Voidtrain, Winter Burrow, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Of course, Black Ops 7 is the heavy hitter for next month's Game Pass line-up, but it could use a few more additions to bolster it.

The fighting game genre has been enjoying something of a renaissance in the last few years, and Tekken 8 is one of the movement's key players. Released at the start of last year, Tekken 8 received universal acclaim from critics and fans alike due to its stellar visuals, crunchy fighting mechanics, and the depth of its content. Over the last year and a half, Tekken 8 has only gotten better, with a total of 8 characters having been added to the game via DLC.
Fighting games are a bit of a rarity on Xbox Game Pass, with the only standouts right now being Mortal Kombat 11 and Injustice 2. Adding Tekken 8 to Xbox Game Pass' November 2025 line-up would be a major boon not just for fans of the series, but for the subscription service as a whole.

A redemption story for the ages, Cyberpunk 2077 was met with widespread disdain when it released back in 2022. Though its PC port was widely regarded as a fine RPG experience, Cyberpunk's Xbox and PlayStation versions were lambasted for their poor technical performance.
Flash forward three years and Cyberpunk 2077 has become one of the most acclaimed action-RPGs of all time. Along with an onslaught of updates that have practically fixed all of the game's technical issues, developer CD Projekt Red has spent the last three years tweaking Cyberpunk's mechanics to near-perfection and adding a wealth of new content to the game. Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most highly-requested Xbox Game Pass additions, with or without its lauded Phantom Liberty expansion.

Xbox Game Pass is already home to a surprising number of Warhammer 40,000 games. Rogue Trader, Darktide, and Space Marine - Master Crafted Edition are all available on Xbox Game Pass, all offering distinct experiences in the grimdark far-future universe of Warhammer 40,000. But there's one 40K game that's sorely missing from Xbox Game Pass' library.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was one of the biggest surprises of 2024, delivering a long-awaited sequel that not only managed to stick the landing for long-time fans, but also reach an audience outside of the die-hard 40K fanbase. Space Marine 2 offers visceral melee combat, gory visuals, and a wealth of co-op and PvP modes for friends to enjoy together, making it the perfect candidate for Xbox Game Pass in November 2025.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was such a runaway success that a sequel is already confirmed to be in development.

A quintessentially British game, Thank Goodness You're Here may not have been officially recognized at last year's Game Awards, but it's undoubtedly one of the most unique indie games of 2024. Thank Goodness You're Here is a laugh-a-minute interactive comedy hidden behind the facade of a simple side-scrolling adventure-puzzle game, and it's a must-play for anyone who's ever enjoyed the likes of Monty Python, The Mighty Boosh, and Shooting Stars.
Despite releasing last August for PlayStation, PC, and even Nintendo Switch, Thank Goodness You're Here still hasn't found its way to Xbox consoles. It'd be great to see it finally come to Xbox, and a day-one launch on Xbox Game Pass could give it the second wind it deserves.
