Microsoft recently confirmed that six titles will be coming to Xbox Game Pass during the first half of September 2025. Xbox Game Pass receives a few new titles every month, and the biggest highlight of the coming wave of new games is certainly the eagerly awaited Hollow Knight: Silksong.
August was an excellent month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. During the month, new titles such as Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Persona 4 Golden, and Gears of War: Reloaded were added to the service. Five titles also left Xbox Game Pass at the end of August 2025: Ben 10 Power Trip, Borderlands 3, PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay, Sea of Stars, and This War of Mine: Final Cut.
Best Multiplayer Games On Xbox Game Pass
Xbox Game Pass features a trove of multiplayer titles, both competitive and co-op. These are the best of them.
During the first half of September 2025, I Am Your Beast, Nine Sols, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Cataclismo, PAW Patrol World, and RoadCraft will be added to Xbox Game Pass. I Am Your Beast is already available on all tiers and is a revenge thriller FPS in which players get hunted across the North American wilderness. Set to be added on September 3 on Game Pass Standard, Nine Sols is a popular 2D platformer with action-packed combat focused on parrying in an Asian-inspired setting. Hollow Knight: Silksong will be available on September 4 as a day-one release on the Ultimate and PC tiers, and it’s one of the most eagerly awaited games of the year.

Cataclismo will be playable by Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers on September 4, too, allowing players to design and build fortresses to stand against endless hordes of enemies. Later in the month, PAW Patrol World will be available on all tiers on September 10. Finally, RoadCraft will come to Game Pass Ultimate and Standard on September 16.
October is also set to be packed with major Xbox Game Pass releases. On October 21, Ninja Gaiden 4 will be added as a day one release to Game Pass. Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds 2 will make its debut on October 29, also being available on its release day.
Recently, it was also revealed that Bounty Star will come to Xbox Game Pass on October 23. Bounty Star is a fairly unique mech game that mixes the standard conventions of the genre with farming and base-building, and could be an interesting pick for subscribers looking for a title with fresh ideas. Hopefully, even more amazing titles will be announced for the service soon.
