While players can earn a lot of credits in Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition through exploration and the FrontierNav system, they may occasionally find themselves in need of more money. Fortunately, it is very easy to earn money at nearly every stage of the game, and players who put in just a bit of effort should be able to afford anything that they desire. This guide details a great money-farming method for Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, and players who pursue it should never find themselves strapped for cash.
Before Xenoblade Chronicles X players put much work into farming money, they may want to add some more Research Probes to their FrontierNav networks, as those probes are a great source of passive income.

Support Missions
Support Missions are repeatable missions in Xenoblade Chronicles X that can be initiated from the Network Console inside the BLADE Barracks. These missions give players opportunities to quickly progress their characters in a variety of ways, and they can be used to earn a tremendous amount of money very quickly. More specifically, there are six Support Missions that award credits upon completion, and they are as follows:
- Supply Run (20,000 Credits, Required Level: 1)
- View to a Drill (40,000 Credits, Required Level: 10)
- Mobile Artillery (75,000 Credits, Required Level: 20)
- The Rising Beasts (100,000 Credits, Required Level: 30)
- Confirming the Legend (150,000 Credits, Required Level: 40)
- Scouting Antropolis (300,000 Credits, Required Level: 50)
In general, these missions can be completed in a matter of minutes, and some can even be resolved in less than one minute. The Mobile Artillery mission, in particular, is a great option, and it is highly recommended that players who want to farm credits repeatedly complete it once they have hit Level 20. Indeed, at a rate of 75,000 credits per completion, it should not take long for players who target the Mobile Artillery mission to amass a huge stockpile of money.
Players may want to focus on repeatedly completing the Scouting Antropolis mission instead if they have reached Level 50 and have a well-equipped Skell in Xenoblade Chronicles X.
To note, these Support Missions do not only award Credits, they are also a great source for Miranium in Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition. Players who peruse the Network Console will also find that there are Support Missions that can be used to farm EXP, Battle Points, and Affinity, though they may find that it is more fun to earn those types of rewards through standard gameplay.
