Foothill Stable is located in South Akkala and is generally known as a stop on the way to Death Mountain. Examine the large empty picture frame here and speak to Ozunda, who wants a picture of the Goron Champion Daruk to attract visitors to the stable.

Location of the Daruk Statue
Assuming the player has Marakuguc Shrine unlocked, this is a fairly straightforward quest. Teleport here using the map and enter Goron City.
If not, then Goron City is going to be a bit of a trek, though not as treacherous as it once was, thanks to the lower temperatures in Tears of the Kingdom. It's one of four key locations Link must visit in order to complete the game - so it is definitely worth visiting. While there, the player can complete a number of side quests, including this one.
Taking the Picture
Once in Goron City, it is hard to miss the statue of Champion Daruk. Point the camera upwards to the great rock formation surrounding the city, and identify the glowing orange eyes that highlight the statue. Make sure to get a clear picture of the statue (it is correct if the red exclamation point appears) before heading back to Foothill Stable to collect the reward.

The reward for completing this side quest is a Fireproof Elixir, which will prove useful when exploring certain Goron City caves and the Fire Temple in the Depths.
