Side adventures in Tears of the Kingdom are a little different from side quests. They usually have better rewards for completing and are split up into various parts. One of the side adventures that players will want to do is the "Potential Princess Sightings." This will net Link the incredibly useful Froggy Set.

"For Our Princess!" Is one of the 12 side adventures in the "Potential Princess Sightings" bundle. It can be attempted at any time after players have spoken with Traysi and Penn at the Lucky Clover Gazette. The "For Our Princess!" Side adventure itself is located at the Foothill Stable in Tears of the Kingdom. For some players, this side adventure may be trickier than the other 11 side adventures in the "Potential Princess Sightings."

Where to Unlock "For Our Princess" Side Adventure

Players will first need to unlock the "Potential Princess Sightings" side adventure from Traysi and Penn. They'll need to speak to both of them at the Lucky Clover Gazette (-3253, 1763, 0119), which can be found just before the bridge leading to Rito Village. Link will then need to visit 12 different stables across Hyrule and help Penn investigate some rumors.

Those that want to start the "For Our Princess!" Side adventure will need to go to the Foothill Stable (2596, 1138, 0147), which can be reached by fast-traveling and then diving north from the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower (2855, 0582, 0379), or east from the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower (1636, 1183, 0226).

On a first visit, players will notice the Zonai Research Team sitting around in their undergarments. Obviously, there's something not right here, so look near the entrance of the stable for Penn. Speak to him to unlock "For Our Princess!" Side adventure and get a general idea of where to go next.

"For Our Princess!" Walkthrough

The Zonai Research Team were given orders by Princess Zelda to "prepare your mind and body, and then explore in underpants!" Penn will tell Link that two Zonai Researchers have headed to a cave north of the Foothill Stable. Luckily, the path is very straightforward.

Take a horse or walk along the path over the Maw of Death Mountain. Look around 2280, 1513, 0157 for the entrance of a cave. There should be two men in their underpants standing by. Speak to them, and they'll tell Link about a horde of monsters hiding in the den. They're trying to muster up the courage to charge in and defeat the monsters all while wearing no armor and having no weapons.

Offer to take the challenge to proceed the side adventure. Be warned that by taking this challenge, Link will go in with no armor, weapons, or items. Players also won't be able to save when they've accepted the challenge.

Depending on the number of Heart Containers that players have, this quest can either be super easy, or a bit of a challenge:

Players can wipe out the Monster Forces two different ways:

  1. Relying on stealth and speed to pick off the monsters one-by-one.
  2. Charge in and fight them all at once.

The monsters in the den will be sleeping when Link first arrives. Over time, they'll wake up, so the goal here is to be stealthy and quick. For those that want to complete the quest without causing a ruckus, they should do the following:

  1. As soon as players see the Bokoblins, press down on L-stick to crouch. Slowly make way towards the heavy wooden stick leaning against the right pillar. Pick it up, then circle around the pillar.
  2. There's a Bokoblin Archer wearing armor at the far back of the cave. Nearby are two boulders and a Traveler's Claymore✨.
  3. If possible, grab the Traveler's Claymore and equip it. This does 6 damage.
  4. Fuse one of the boulders to the Claymore. Then, slowly approach the nearby Bokoblin and get in a Sneakstrike. This should kill it in one hit. The armored Bokoblin won't take damage until Link breaks its armor, so get rid of this with a boulder-fused weapon.
  5. If players want, they can fuse one of the broken armor pieces to their other weapon. This will increase the attack power.
  6. From where the armored Bokoblin is, circle around to the right again (avoid the middle of the camp). If the monsters start waking up, they'll spot Link. When this happens, rush towards the remaining archer and finish him off. This will leave a Bokoblin and the Moblin.
  7. Pick off the last Bokoblin while avoiding the Moblin, which players should save for last. Once they're defeated, return to the entrance of the cave and report the news.

If by some change Link is low on health, there's some cooked food and a seared steak that can restore some of his HP. Avoid losing too much though, as the food in this den won't replenish many hearts.

"For Our Princess!" Reward

After speaking to the researchers at the cave, warp back to the Foothills Stable and speak to Penn. This will not only complete the side adventure, but it will clear up the message the Zonai Researchers received from Zelda. Apparently, they misunderstood her orders and had no reason to run around in their underpants after all.

This aside, Penn's reward for Link will vary on the amount of "Potential Princess Sightings" he's already completed. If this is his first side adventure in the "Potential Princess Sightings," he'll receive 50 Rupees. In other cases, he'll receive double payment and even a piece of the Froggy Set.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for Nintendo Switch.
