Following the Upheaval in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, several cave systems have opened up across Hyrule. Inside one such cave, players can maneuver across several switching tracks in a mine cart to reach the Jiotak Shrine hidden deep within.
Jiotak Shrine Location in TotK
In Tears of the Kingdom, the Jiotak Shrine is found in the Eldin region to the northwest of Death Mountain.
Players will need to travel to the entrance of the cave known as the Isle of Rabac Gallery located near the coordinates 1560, 3102, 0395, north of YunoboCo HQ. If they fast travel to the Marakugac Shrine in Goron City and head north, they will find two long railway tracks extending out into Eldin. Riding a mine cart down the track on the right will lead players directly to the entrance of the Isle of Rabac Gallery.

The challenge of the Jiotak Shrine is for players to successfully navigate through the cave along its complex rail system. Players will also need to dress accordingly to endure the extreme heat or pack plenty of 
Fireproof Elixirs to last the journey
Players can create a Fireproof Elixir by cooking either a 
Fireproof Lizard or 
Smotherwing Butterfly together with any monster part they have on hand. The elixir's duration can be extended by using more fireproof critters in the recipe.
Although players have the option of using other vehicles to traverse the cave, players should begin by attaching a fan to one of the nearby mine carts to allow it to travel down the track.
As they make their way along the rails, they will eventually come to a railway switch pictured above. The cart will follow to the path to the right and continuously loop around until the switch is flipped. This can be done using an arrow, Yunobo's Power of Fire ability, or any thrown object. Flip the switch to the left and continue deeper into the cave.
In the next room, players will be put onto a continuous loop in a room filled with enemies. Some enemies will even be riding their own mine cart in an attempt to attack Link, so be careful while searching for the shrine.
The goal is to reach the shrine in an alcove at the back of the room. Players can either use the rails, or try to glide toward the ledge and climb up. If using the railway, players should flip the switch on the edge of the island in the middle of the room. It is likely to be the first switch that players see as they travel down the tracks. This will direct the mine cart inward to this central island. Players can clear out the monsters populating this island and claim a ruby from the nearby chest.
Once they are able, players should aim to hit another railway switch sitting on a smaller island to the left of the shrine's alcove. The switch should be set to direct mine carts down its left track. This can also be done while riding the mine cart in the same way the others were. Turn the mine cart around and ride the rail in the opposite direction from which they arrived at the island. If switched correctly, Link's mine cart will follow the track up into the alcove containing the Jiotak Shrine.
Having successfully completed the challenge, players will find Rauru's Blessing inside the shrine, as well as a chest containing a Magic Staff. Interacting with the statue in the back will grant Link a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
