With over 130 side quests in Tears of the Kingdom, there are going to be more than few handfuls of quests that are extremely simple to complete. As such, most rewards for the easier side quests may not be too impressive for some. An example of this is the side quest: "The Ancient City Gorondia!".

Tears of the Kingdom players are allowed to go wherever they please in Hyrule once they land on The Surface. Those that make their way for Goron City can receive "The Ancient City Gorondia!" Quest after completing the Fire Temple. There's no need to bring specific materials or weapons. All TotK players will need is the Ultrahand Ability.

Where to Find "The Ancient City Gorondia!" Side Quest

Link will receive this side quest from a child Goron named Dugby. He's just north of Goron City at the coordinates 1744, 2574, 0427 near a mine cart rail. However, if players haven't completed the main quest "Yunobo of Goron City", they won't be able to do "The Ancient City Gorondia!". Thus, players will want to proceed with the main story before they go searching for Dugby.

Dugby is trying to find a hidden city that he's dubbed "Gorondia." His sources seem to point in the direction of YunoboCo HQ, but he can't get there without a working mine cart. Here's what to do:

  1. Speak to Dugby, then use Ultrahand to attach the nearby Zonai Fan to one of the mine carts.
  2. Place the mine cart on the rail but do not hit activate the fan just yet.
  3. Speak to Dugby once more and let him know that the mine cart's been fixed.
  4. Once Dugby is in the cart, hop in and hit the Zonai Fan with a melee weapon (or fan).
  5. Stay in the cart until it reaches the end of the track.

If for some reason players lose the nearby Zonai Fan, they can supply their own via Zonai Fan capsule from a Zonai Dispenser. There's one in Kakariko Village, Hudson Construction Site*, and Digdogg Bridge. There are also plenty of Dispensers on the Sky Islands.

*The one at the Hudson Construction Site contains a Zonai Fan.

Unfortunately, Link won't get to see Gorondia, but Dugby will give him a Zonai Charge as thanks for his help. It's a pretty modest reward, but Zonai Charges have their uses. They can be used to charge Link's Zonai Battery when he's using Zonai Devices. They can also be used in Zonai Dispensers to generate capsules of Zonai Devices.
