'A Letter for Koyin' Side Quest
Speak to Koyin, who is usually standing on the docks next to the pond by Hateno Pasture at coordinates 3620, -2058, 0177 . She is worried about a message in a bottle stuck in the pond - she can't reach it where it is, and it contains important information that her grandfather left her about the business.
There are a number of ways Link can go about getting the letter for Koyin, but one reliable method is to attach the bottle to a tree trunk (they can be cut down with a sword or axe), attach it to the bottle with Ultrahand, then lift the whole contraption out of the water. Separate the trunk and bottle, then talk to Koyin to complete the quest.

Where to Buy Hateno Cheese
Once the side quest is complete, players can acquire Hateno Cheese from Koyin at Hateno Pasture. This costs 20 Rupees or can be traded for one Fresh Milk.

Hateno Cheese can be eaten on its own to restore four full hearts in a pinch. It's also required to complete the 'A New Signature Food' side quest.
