In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, many stable keepers offer a quest for Link to embark on, involving capturing a photo using his Camera. The proprietors have specific requests and provide hints about where Link needs to go to capture the perfect shot. The photo will then be used by the stable keeper to create a painting that will be displayed on the interior wall of the stable.
To undertake these quests, certain conditions must be met before accepting them. Most of the quests become available after Link has cleared any one of the temples in the game's main story quest. "A Picture for South Akkala" is one such quest that can be completed after clearing any of the four temples. Here's how Link can capture the ideal photo for this quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
A Picture for South Akkala Stable Quest Walkthrough
The South Akkala Stable is located in the southern part of the Akkala Highlands region, at coordinates (3139, 1683, 0201). It is situated at a crossroad that leads north into the Akkala Highlands or east to Lake Akkala and Tarrey Town. The Mayachideg Shrine is the nearest shrine for fast travel, or alternatively, the player can teleport to the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and glide southwest to reach the stable.
At the South Akkala Stable, Link needs to approach and interact with the empty frame on the interior wall, attracting the attention of the stable's owner, Dmitri. Dmitri informs Link that he and his four daughters have decided that the perfect painting for the frame would be a shot of the Unity Bell located in Tarrey Town. Since Dmitri is too busy to go himself, it is up to Link to travel to the nearby town and take a photo of the bell.
To reach Tarrey Town from the South Akkala Stable, Link should follow the road east, passing the Hudson Construction Site through the Torin Wetland. At the coast of Lake Akkala, there is a camp of mining Gorons with Zonai devices and a Zonai Device Dispenser. As the bridge leading to Tarrey Town is on the opposite side of the lake, Link can either ride the minecart up to Tarrey Town or assemble a flying vehicle using the Zonai parts. To ride the minecart, simply board the platform and strike the attached Zonai device to get it started. Link can also fast travel to the Rasitakiwak Shrine, located southeast of the town.
Once Link arrives in Tarrey Town, he should make his way to the fountain at the town center, where the Unity Bell tower is located. Capturing a photo of the Unity Bell can be tricky. Link must position himself at a sufficient distance from the bell to capture the entire bell tower and most of the surrounding fountains. To ensure the right shot for the quest, the player should approach the fountain with the Camera focused on the tower. They should move backward until a text bubble with the text "Unity Bell" appears before taking the shot, ensuring that enough of the tower and its surroundings are captured in the viewfinder.
After taking an acceptable photo of the Unity Bell, Link should return to the South Akkala Stable and interact with the picture frame to get Dmitri's attention. The player can then select the photo they took and show it to Dmitri, who will eagerly begin recreating it in a painting. Once the painting is hung on the stable wall, Dmitri will reward the player with 1 Pony Point and a 
Prime Meat Stew, concluding the quest "A Picture for South Akkala."
