On the eastern edge of Rikoka Hills, Tears of the Kingdom players can find the Rikoka Hills Well. This well is home to one of TotK's many side quests, The Ultimate Dish. The well in question is found northwest of Kakariko Village and south of Lanayru Wetlands. Its coordinates are 1705, -0653, 0023.
Once players find the well, they can hop inside to find an NPC cooking something in a pot over fire; however, it looks very burnt. Players can even see black smoke coming out of the well before they enter it. Speak to Moza to begin TotK's The Ultimate Dish side quest.
The Ultimate Dish Side Quest

Talk to Moza, and she will tell Link that this well is home to her Hideaway Restaurant, which apparently serves the ultimate dish; however, the eatery has not opened just yet.
Moza wants players to give her a failed dish, which happens when players mix food together that doesn't go well, resulting in Dubious Food or Rock-Hard Food. Once players have one of these items in their inventory, they can give it to Moza, and for the price of five rupees, she'll turn it into a more edible meal that restores more hearts. However, once the quest is complete, she will charge ten rupees for any other failed meals.
How to Cook Dubious Food and Rock-Hard Food
An easy way to cook Dubious Food in a cooking pot is to combine a monster part with any sort of regular food item. And for Rock-Hard Food, players can simply throw a piece of wood into a cooking pot --there's no need to combine items. Players can either bust out a Zonai Portable Cooking Pot from the menu or find a cooking pot elsewhere.
Those in need of a Portable Pot can get them by using the multiple Zonai Device Dispensers found throughout Hyrule's Sky Islands. These are gacha-like machines that give Link Zonai devices in exchange for Zonai Charges or Construct materials.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available on the Nintendo Switch.
