A new leak from Zenless Zone Zero is hinting at several skins coming to the game in a future update, teasing skins for Miyabi, the Proxies, and more. The popular urban action RPG from HoYoverse has seen plenty of major new content added to the game since its launch last July, with six post-launch updates adding loads of things to do. The most recent Version 1.6 expanded upon the backstory for starter character Anby and the mysterious OBOL Squad, as well as bringing three new playable characters. Now, the game could be adding several new skins in the near future.

Zenless Zone Zero's skins have been a smash hit with fans since their initial release during the Version 1.5 update. HoYoverse added not only a new skin for the game's oldest limited character, with Ellen receiving a new skin in her school uniform, but also introduced an alternate outfit for brand-new character Astra Yao. Zenless Zone Zero would even give out a skin for free during the update, with fans able to claim a skin for Nicole as part of one of the update's limited events. A recent update is now hinting at several skins that are expected to come as part of the anniversary.

Zenless Zone Zero Leak Hints at New Skins

A leak shared by prominent HoYoverse leakers Flying Flame and New Eridu News Stand is teasing several new skins coming to Zenless Zone Zero. According to the leak, both Belle and Wise will be receiving a skin as a free reward given out to players for logging into the game, hinting at an "intelligent switch" feature for swapping characters. Hoshimi Miyabi is also said to be receiving a skin at a higher-than-normal price point, said to include new visual effects for her attacks, alongside a skin for rumored new character Yi Xuan.

The leaks suggest that the set of new skins will officially arrive to Zenless Zone Zero as part of its first anniversary update in July. The HoYoverse RPG has already experienced massive success within the first eight months following its release, with Zenless Zone Zero passing 50 million players just two days after its launch. The summer is also expected to be a particularly exciting time for the game, with the game's Version 2.0 heavily rumored to be coming in June.

While fans wait for Zenless Zone Zero's Version 2.0 and its first anniversary, the game looks to have lots of exciting content coming before then. Version 1.7 will officially debut next month with a pair of highly-anticipated characters joining the roster in Hugo Vlad and Vivian. The update is also expected to be bringing back one of the game's most popular events, with the Fall Guys-inspired "Grand Marcel Adventure" rumored to be returning. Zenless Zone Zero fans should have plenty to hold them over until the game's first anniversary celebrations kick off.
