Steam Oven gives Ju Fufu a lot of Energy, allowing her to cast her EX Special Attack more often. It also grants her a decent amount of Impact, which improves her role as a Stun character in ZZZ.
That being said, there are no 4-star Stun W-Engines that really work with Ju Fufu since she needs a lot of ATK% and Crit Rate for her kit to work.
For that, it’s better to go with Attack W-Engines like Marcato Desire, for its Crit Rate Sub-stat, or one that has an ATK% Sub-stat. Ju Fufu won’t get their passives, but at least she’ll get a nice Sub-stat because Stun W-Engines don’t have a good one for her.

Yuzuha is a great Support in Zenless Zone Zero who needs ATK and Anomaly Mastery to max her buff.
As a Stun unit, Ju Fufu can work with Impact and Energy Regen. However, they’re not her most important stats, as she needs a lot of ATK and Crit Rate to be able to support her team properly. If players don’t have Hellfire Gears, it’s better to stick with 4-star W-Engines instead of getting them.

Ju Fufu can’t trigger Spectral Gaze’s passive effect since the passive requires the wielder to deal Electric DMG. It’s too bad, as Ju Fufu would’ve been insanely powerful as a support if she could reduce enemies’ DEF through Spectral Gaze’s passive. However, Ju Fufu can still get a 24% Crit Rate from the W-Engine’s sub-stat, which is beneficial for the King of the Summit Drive Discs set that requires her to reach a 50% Crit Rate.
