Miyabi needs a total of 80% Crit Rate (including in-combat bonuses) to maximize her Core Passive. Therefore, if players don't have a good Anomaly weapon, Miyabi can wield any W-Engine with Crit Rate sub-stats. There are a ton of options for this, like Marcato Desire, Cannon Rotor, Steel Cushion, Deep Sea Visitor, Myriad Eclipse, Heartstring Nocturne, and Spectral Gaze. Since these W-Engines are meant for other Specialties, Miyabi won't get to benefit at all from its passive, which is why these W-Engines aren't as optimal as a normal Anomaly weapon for Miyabi in ZZZ.

Of course, to make it a niche weapon, the passive specifically targets Ice DMG, so only Ice characters can fully benefit from it.
