Piper Team Comp In ZZZ

Most characters in Zenless Zone Zero can’t do much on their own. However, when synergizing two or three characters together, they get to shine and showcase their mechanics. This is the case with Piper. While Piper isn’t the best 4-star character in Zenless Zone Zero, she is definitely useful when you put her on the right team.

Piper can trigger Assault better than any other Physical unit in the game, alongside providing a small buff to the entire team. To help players understand Piper more, here are the best teams for Piper in Zenless Zone Zero.

2 Piper + Koleda + Lucy

This Piper team comp in ZZZ focuses on maximizing the Assault DMG Piper can trigger over and over. Start the battle with Lucy, who can swiftly let her guard boars out while buffing the entire team. Lucy’s buff scales with her ATK%, so, it’s better to build her with enough ATK to reach the limit. You can also build her with Crit, since she will pass on some of her stats to her guard boars.

Next, switch to the Stun unit, Koleda. Koleda has a nice DPS in Zenless Zone Zero and can enter to fill the enemies’ Daze meter and stun them. Finally, Piper can start spinning to build Physical Anomaly on enemies and eventually trigger Assault. Piper’s EX Special Attack is really consistent and can refill the meter for a second Assault if Piper has the correct build for the task.

Piper, Lucy, and Koleda can synergize with each other through their Elements and Factions. Piper and Lucy are from the same Faction, so, their additional abilities are unlocked when they’re together in the same team. Additionally, Koleda shares the Fire Element with Lucy, which unlocks her additional ability. Alternatively, players can also replace Koleda with Soldier 11.

1 Piper + Grace + Anby

Having two Anomaly characters in one team is ideal for abusing the Disorder mechanics in Zenless Zone Zero. Piper and Grace can quickly build their Physical and Electric Anomalies, which can lead to massive Disorder DMG if it is done right. To make the most of the DMG, start with Grace’s Electric Anomaly, then follow it with Piper’s Physical Anomaly to trigger a massive DMG.

You can also include a Stun character like Anby or Koleda. They both synergize with Grace and open her additional ability and theirs. A Stun unit or a Support is important to improve the DMG of both Piper and Grace, which will also raise their Anomalies and Disorder DMG. Lucy is also a viable alternative in this Piper team comp.
