Yixuan is the first character in Zenless Zone Zero with the Auric Ink attribute and the Rupture specialty. With power at the same level as the Void Hunter Hoshimi Miyabi, Yixuan's appearance was highly anticipated in the community.

The High Preceptor of Yunkui Summit is an on-field DPS who will cooperate with a Stun character inside the team for the limelight. While the stunner accumulates Daze on enemies, Yixuan will attack the opponents to restore Adrenaline so she can get her secondary Ultimate in time before the enemies are stunned.

Pan Yinhu is a Zenless Zone Zero character introduced in Waifei Peninsula, alongside Yixuan. While he's a unit from the Defense specialty, Pan Yinhu serves as a support when he's added to Yixuan's team, thanks to his Core Skill. Once Pan Yinhu's EX Special Attack hits an enemy, it will trigger a Quick Assist, and the next Agent will gain the Meridian Flow effect. This effect provides a Sheer Force boost equal to his ATK, which is perfect for Yixuan.

The final slot can be given to a Stun character, and it's best if said unit is an off-field Stun character like Ju Fufu, Trigger, or Pulchra.

Astra Yao is one of the best Support characters in Zenless Zone Zero, and she can be added to Yixuan's team, thanks to her EX Special ATK that increases all squad members' DMG and Crit DMG.

The second slot can be given to a Stun character. With Astra Yao almost permanently being off-field, players can use the Stun character with high on-field time, such as Qingyi, more safely. Still, it could not surpass the off-field Stunners like Trigger and Pulchra.

For Proxies planning to use Trigger, remember that her signature W-Engine, Spectral Gaze, is not suitable for Yixuan, as the latter's whole kit ignores enemies' DEF. It can be replaced with Ice-Jade Teapot, Steam Oven, or Precious Fossilized Core.

A team consisting of buffers is not a problem for the High Preceptor, as Yixuan can accumulate Daze on enemies, just as fast as having a Stun unit in the team. As the only character who can provide the Sheer Force bonus, Pan Yinhu is very valuable in Yixuan's team. The second buffer is best given to Astra Yao because of the Crit DMG buff, but other characters, such as Caesar and Lucy, are also viable.
