I would assume ssj4 in strength is on par with ssg. Maybe not blue. But what we have learned is that ssj forms have poor ki control. But in raw speed and power ssj4 might be on par.

This ssj4 is toriyama vs. In fact proof you don't know what you're talking about is in the fact toriyama has sketches of ssj4. He likes the character. Ssj4 is now canon toriyama wrote diama.
