7 Grand Strategy Games With The Most Freedom, Ranked

I'm sorry, there's no way civ 4 beats CK3 for grand strategy.. Especially with ck3 dlc flushing out more and more things. Especially when "Freedom" is the selling point. Can you make the Holy Roman Empire never fail or hell dismantle it before it gets a foothold? Or resurrecting the Roman empire? Putting a female on the thrones of Jerusalem? Civ 4 pfft

Warhammer 40k: 8 Worst Fates in the Lore

Love how they discard the marines with mutations. Yet the Dark Angels actually allow minor mutations into the "loyalist" chapter...

I hope lion figures out the "fallen" are actually loyalist, why the chapter as it stands is tainted and not loyal to the emperor..
