I don't think that storyline could carry on for a whole season before getting stale, but if done well could be a great way to open the new season for a few episdoes. The potential storylines and drama of the three reuniting along with all of them being killers could make for some good television. And since Dexter should be rightfully on the run, Hannah would be a great ally trying to keep him safe.
