The writers are great. They have to work in an inhumane environment, most of the original team is gone because they either got let go or left due to the fact that the execs don't understand what they're doing and don't care about them as people, and AI is being prioritized because they think creators are redundant and unnecessary to their success in spite of the fact that they built their success on their backs.
