Honestly there are so many other heroes that need to be nerfed more. Sombra is pretty simple to counter, it's so easy to avoid being hacked, and even if she does hack you it's easy to wipe her out before she can wipe you out. Watch for health packs, don't run off by yourself so Sombra can't pick you off, use Hanzo or Widow... So many options.
